When you purchase goods from our Site, Lindzee Armstrong Books, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly by BookFunnel, our digital distribution partner, to the email address you provided at Checkout. If you do not see this email, please check your Spam folder, or (if using Gmail) check your Promotions tab.
2. Print books (hardbacks, paperbacks, special editions, and box sets) are a physical good and are delivered by our print partner, BookVault, and subject to their shipping terms and conditions. Their print time is typically 72 business hours. After books are printed, they are shipped and arrive on average within 5 to 7 business days. 
3. Signed books are also a physical good and are prepared and packaged by Lindzee Armstrong Books within 1 to 3 business days and shipped by USPS media mail. Average mail time is 2 to 8 business days.

For digital goods, you are required to provide us with a correct email address. We are not liable for goods sent to incorrect email addresses because you provided us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

For physical goods, you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for incomplete deliveries or deliveries to the wrong address or person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
